Hello Nutrition, Goodbye Pain

Ann is a 35 year-old female suffering from chronic pain, chronic illness, fatigue, digestion issues, and an overall sense of not feeling well on a daily basis. She went to many practitioners from Western to Alternative doctors trying to find her answers.

Through multiple tests, drugs, and supplements, nothing seemed to resolve her issues. We started to work together and working on her to tap into her Body Within. She was learning about herself to see if anything she was doing was creating these issues.

We started working with the Nutrition For Life program on top of her Body Within, which is another way to balance your nutrition daily and to start fuelling your body efficiently so you can have the energy to get through the day. As she started to learn and listen to her body,

She realized there were a lot of foods she was eating that were causing her fatigue.

Some of the foods she was not digesting well, some of the foods triggered not only anxiety in her but they gave her a poor outcome for the day. She realized they weren’t food allergies as she had tested negative for that, but they were definitely foods that did not fit with who she was and her body.

As she eliminated these foods she realized there were a lot of other foods that she could put back into her life that she couldn’t previously eat, and that things started to balance out in her gut.

Over time she’s regained her health and she has more energy than she has ever had.

She’s really learned that nutrition is the most important part of her life, not something that goes on the back burner and it’s something you need to think about throughout the day.

Nutrition For Life is about balance within your body and listening to what your body needs specifically; not what someone else tells you it may need. Nutrition not only helps you heal illness but it also helps you age gracefully.

If you are eating the wrong foods, overtime your joints are going to be impacted, your skin is going to lack, your posture is going to give, and everything is going to weaken overtime, and that adds up as you age.

Nutrition for life is, well, nutrition for life
